flow²thrive Newsletter: August/September

You typically know in your gut when you’re with people who will take you and your mind somewhere different, meaningful and inspiring. 21st of August at Artipelag outside of Stockholm was one such morning…

We kicked off this autumn presenting at and attending WorkScape Circle, an event uniquely designed by Storyals and Innoverto for leaders shaping the digital workplaces of the future, focusing on investment optimisation, employee engagement, and innovation within the digital workplace.

The objective of the day was to bring together Digital Workplace Leaders for a day of networking, round-table discussions and “unplugged” sharing of experiences.

A wonderful day full of insights and inspiration!

Our role was to provide the more human, brain-focused perspective on employee productivity in the digital workplace. We discussed (amongst other things) five principles which we believe will be key driving factors in defining ‘‘human productivity’’ going forward.

We also talked about how humans, in a more digital world, will evolve towards becoming VIP MICE (yes we’re playing with letters and words!)

A more digital world of work where we (humans) will focus more on the Value we add, the Impact we have, the and the alignment of our work towards a clearly defined Purpose, where we will take on roles as Meaning-makers, Innovators, Connectors, and Explorers…

We discussed that to be able to do this transition effectively, we need to start changing how we're using our brains, build Brain Skills and ultimately Brain Capital.

You can read more about the day in the blog written by Ulrika Hedlund, founder of Storyals.
