flow²thrive partnered with Ambicare to explore this question with a group of experts and leading Swedish/international organisations during a round table event. To provide fresh insights into the roundtable, we also conducted a survey targeting neurodivergent individuals.

Both the survey and the round table resulted in interesting and important conclusions for leaders to consider.

Roundtable: Moving the needle on employee wellbeing

How can HR move the needle on employee wellbeing and make it (a true) leadership priority?

flow²thrive and Johnson & Johnson Middle East hosted a roundtable in Dubai 1 June 2023. The roundtable was supported by the Evolve People Network, attended by a group of inspiring senior HR professionals from across different industries.

The roundtable discussions focused on five questions
