Leading the way in embedding Human Sustainability to the heart of organisational culture and ESG reporting
Our vision is to lead the way in embedding Human Sustainability to the heart of organisational culture and ESG reporting. To set a new standard for how organisations value and report on their most important asset - their people.
We are committed to transforming wellbeing data from a ‘’nice to have’’, to an essential component of ESG and organisational reporting, meeting the different expectations and requirements of employees, leaders, investors, and regulators, ultimately enhancing the value placed on human sustainability across industries.

Together, we collaborate and co-create to deliver tailored, impactful and measurable solutions for our clients. For sustainable work-life habits and high performing workplaces.
flow²thrive, CDE and the Research Institute of Sweden (RISE) have been awarded a grant to develop a feasibility study for the development of a Sustainable Human Work Index (SHWI) and deep-tech platform to transform workplace practices within the Metals & Minerals Industry.
The project is set to run from November 2024 to June 2025, and will be funded through the Swedish Metals & Minerals Impact Innovation-programme, a collaborative initiative between the Swedish Energy Agency, Formas (the government research council for sustainable development) and the Swedish Innovation Agency (Vinnova).
flow²thrive has now partnered with Business for Health, a business-led social venture in the UK supporting long-term sustainable innovation and investment in preventative health and care. Together, we will collaborate on the acceleration of bringing ‘H’ into ESG through evidence generation & policy advocacy.
Our founder, Linda Jarnhamn is an Advisor to the Business Collaborative for Brain Health in the US, an alliance of private sector partners developing effective solutions to optimise cognitive health throughout the lifespan.
