flow²thrive Newsletter: February
We’ve kicked off 2024 with a theme that can only be described as ‘‘purposeful partnerships & inspiring meetings of minds’’.
It’s incredible what happens when you put people with similar purpose, passions and values in life and business together. Things just seem to fall into place.
You have conversations that engage, inspire and ignite sparks.
That’s what’s happened to us over the past few months, which is why we’ve dedicated our first newsletter to sharing information about some exciting new partnerships as well as our brand new Sustainable Human Blog and Podcast.
Here's a glimpse of what's been happening
We’ve launched the Sustainable Human Podcast
A podcast dedicated to the H in the S in ESG.
For leaders who are committed to changing the way organisations approach, measure and report on human sustainability, within and outside of ESG regulations and standards.
Listen to our first episode, launched 1 February, which features Dr Tauni Lanier, Director of the BDO ESG Hub in the UK, who takes a broad view on the topic of human sustainability and explores different aspects of the human side of ESG.
Listen to the full episode here:
We have a fantastic line up of guests for the upcoming episodes. Make sure you follow the Sustainable Human Podcast on your favourite app. We will release a new episode on the 1st and 15th of every month.
We have a new blog: The Sustainable Human
We’ve refreshed and re-launched our blog with a core focus on Human Sustainability. Read our first blog post, The Missing ‘‘H Factor’’ in ESG, here.
We’ve participated in a couple of podcasts ourselves
Our founder Linda Jarnhamn has also been a guest on a couple of podcasts.
World of Wisdom
Linda spoke to Amit Paul, host of the Podcast World of Wisdom about productivity, brains and culture change; how we can leverage data to invite people to begin their journeys; collective interoception and why most workplaces aren't productive - even though people are working very hard.
The Experience Designers
Performance and productivity. Two important words in today’s work environment. And also, two charged words - what do they actually mean? Linda talked to Shani Persson the host of the Experience Designers Podcast about how we need to take a scientific and neurological perspective to human thriving and how companies can uncover sustainable human potential and performance.
